A saw for precise, refined work.
The ultra-thin blade produces a narrow kerf and a clean surface straight off the cut, making it well suited for kumiko and other fine joinery. It tracks smoothly and accurately, offering a high level of control with minimal effort.
Designed to cut on the pull stroke, it rewards a light, steady rhythm, resulting in quiet, efficient cuts and a surface that requires little refinement.
The blade and spine are integrated into a single replaceable unit, keeping the saw consistent and reliable over time.
The handle is Japanese cherry, finished with beeswax. Simple and warm in the hand, it’s made to develop character with use.
